No exact rules. To have a reasonable game you have to have a fairly large group, maybe 10 or more teams, so that you can obtain a reasonable majority for any question. You make up the questions.
Questions have to be understandable so those playing have a reasonable knowledge of the subject. Example a reasonable question might be Who was the greatest singer of the 1950s and 60s.
