Mouse cursor keeps loading intermittently Iv noticed that no matter what im doing the mouse cursor keeps loading intermittently (about every 7 seconds) as if its processing something whether my pc is sitting idle or browsing or if im watching a movie. The cursor that I see when it expands usually is the stick version, not the pointer. There are also no 3rd party Windows customizations that I know of, and I'm not sure that there's anything going on with me possibly brushing the touchpad by accident, and I'm not really sure how to change any settings related to that. The cursor would jump around, open links, open documents, etc.
