If the Always close all tabs warning message is turned off, Internet Explorer will close immediately when you close it without asking Do you want to close all tabs or the current tab?, no matter how many tabs you have opened at the time. When I try to close it it just makes a bell noise and although I can open and close tabs, I can't close the original tab even when others are open. I'm getting really pissed off.
